Barney’s Co-Op is always great, the San Francisco store seemed much bigger than The Grove location here in LA. The Store Manager was great – the sales staff had a little more attitude than necessary, with their condescending, but distantly pleasant demeanors. For some, fashion is war, but I will be back. Check out this Alexander McQueen tie with an embroidered stitch:

It’s befitting that the tie was acquired in San Francisco, since it is so close to something the character Rick Dekkard would have worn in Philip K. Dick’s novel “Do Androids Dream Of Electric Sheep?” Another great predictor of the future, Ray Kurzweil’s “The Singularity Is Near” has made it’s way into my life. Reading this feels like the beginning of an exciting journey. The “Global Warming” handbook – a gift from a fashion designer friend at Old Navy, was an unexpected present, and another reminder of why I HATE THE ENVIRONMENT.
Speaking of fashion, no one of good taste should be without Sebastien Tellier’s forthcoming album, SEXUAL SPORTSWEAR.

I had the pleasure of listening to the stream of the entire pre-release album over a game of Scrabble.
